The CFR is the "brain" of the US government; it produces domestic and foreign policies and the government implements them. The members tend to work in the fields of media, public relations, sciences, education, finance and government, and often will rotate employers between public and private sectors. 

The members exert a significant influence over the policies and practices of all of the fields listed above, to the direct detriment to the people of the United States of America and the world.

In 1997, Bill Kristol and Robert Kagan co-founded the Project for a New American Century, a neoconservative organization meant “to promote American global leadership” through “military strength and moral clarity.”

The PNAC is the organization that states specifically that their plans cannot go forward unless there was a "new catalyzing event" such as "Pearl Harbor"...

The members also exert a significant influence over the policies and practices of all of the fields of government and media, and also to the direct detriment to the people of the United States of America and the world.

In a document entitled, "Rebuilding America's Defences" it calls for a "new Pearl Harbor" in order to push through its unpopular and unconstitutional policies. Read that document and more, here.

Tavistock Institute of Human Relations plays a pivotal role in shaping political, social, educational, and economic 'opinions', especially in the United States. Tavistock was created in 1921 after the propaganda "victories" of the First World War and the Federal Reserve banking system (created in 1913) had been secured.

Today, all but a few in high-level and managerial positions go through a program designed by Tavistock.

Tavistock is the head of the hydra of myriad Think Tanks and Foundations around Europe and America. The subject directives come initially from Tavistock and are distributed to the Think Tanks and Foundations.

Founded by David Rockefeller in 1973, this group was founded ostensibly to coordinate and harmonize relations between the United States, Europe and the Asian nations. Touted as being inclusive and promoting the welfare of mankind through cooperation and problem-solving, it's aims are much broader and less altruistic.
